I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as my foundational theoretical orientation, valuing its evidence-based approach to the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also exploring Mindfulness and Compassion-based approaches, as well as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Interpersonal Therapy (ITP), to enhance my understanding of emotional experiences and relational dynamics in clients. As I continue my training, I am committed to learning more and integrating diverse perspectives into my practice to provide holistic, client-centered care.
