Laura Bishop, MEd, RP, CCC, is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor who has been working in community mental health for 10+ years. She provides individual therapy, as well as facilitation of the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (OICBT)’s ADHD groups.
Laura is committed to creating a safe space for you to process and grow in a place of non-judgement and true compassionate listening. Through engagement in research-based therapies, Laura works with her clients to build on their strengths and acquire skills to reduce distress and improve life satisfaction. Treatment is adapted to the needs of each individual client to help them achieve their unique therapeutic goals. Laura prioritises meeting clients where they are at, and working together to foster meaningful change. Laura is currently accepting new clients, subject to our waitlist.
