Dr. Pete Kelly

Executive Director of Finance and Innovation

Dr. Kelly is a Partner and Executive Director of Finance & Innovation at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He holds a Clinical Professorship within the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa and is an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at Carleton University. Areas of clinical focus for Dr. Kelly include working with populations with unique needs including athletes, members of the Canadian Armed Forces as well as physicians and other health care providers. Dr. Kelly is also one of the few providers in Ontario providing cognitive-behavioural treatment for distress, anxiety and depression associated with tinnitus. Dr. Kelly hosts the highly rated podcast, Thoughts on Record which features a variety of guests from the worlds of clinical psychology, neuroscience, evolutionary psychology among others. He also provides supervision, consultation & training to students and in the community.

When Dr. Kelly’s waitlist is closed, work with his supervisees/consultees can be requested as an indirect means to work under his care. In person and on-line therapy is available
