Dr. Connie Dalton

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Connie Dalton is a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years of clinical, training and program development experience. She is a founding member and the Chief Executive Officer at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (OICBT).

Dr. Dalton currently divides her time at the OICBT between directing the OICBT along with her four other partners, providing clinical care to both youth and adults, and consulting with organizations aiming to improve the efficiency and efficacy of their clinical service models. Using best-practice assessment and CBT treatments, Dr. Dalton helps clients overcome obstacles and live the life that is most meaningful to them. In order to help others meet their personal objectives and goals, Dr. Dalton emphasizes the importance of having a clear understanding of the risk, resiliency and neurodivergent factors in each persons’ life, clarifying any diagnoses that may be relevant for treatment, and developing an intervention plan that takes into account these factors.

In person and on-line diagnostic assessment and treatment is available.
