Annalisa Canale-Parola, B.A. (Hons), Behavioural Psychology, currently works as a Report Writer in the Intensive Assessment Program and as a Group Therapy Aide in the ADHD Skills Groups under the supervision of Laura Bishop, RP, and Dr. Kiran Vadaga, C. Psych. She began her journey at the OICBT during the third year of her undergraduate studies as a Report Writer. She completed her fourth-year work term at the OICBT, where she further developed her report writing skills and gained experience supporting the ADHD and DBT groups.
In addition to her work at the OICBT, Annalisa has completed three research positions at Seneca Polytechnic, where she explored the effectiveness of mental health and educational interventions within the community. She also works in inclusion services where she provides 1-on-1 support to youth with various behavioural challenges in community recreation programs.
As an affiliate member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, Annalisa is actively expanding her clinical portfolio as she prepares to pursue a Master’s degree in the field of Psychology. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works with.
Annalisa specializes in psychodiagnostic report writing and behaviour management skills related to ADHD and autism. Her expertise includes supporting group therapy for ADHD and report writing in the Intensive Assessment Program.
