All services are carefully selected and are a required aspect of your care to allow you to best gain from treatment; however, the integration of family into individual sessions is not a requirement. Research supports that the inclusion of both Individual and Group DBT leads to improved therapy progress.

This maximizes the effectiveness of treatments by optimizing the frequency, timing, and intensity of service delivery.

You are not required to complete more than one module. However, clients best gain from the program if they complete all 3 modules. Both group and individual sessions are required.
